Candex has been around for quite
some time (around 10 years) and is referred to
as an enzymatic treatment for the yeast
infection candida. Candex contains enzymes
which help fibre digestion and the different
combination of enzymes are thought to have a
profound impact on each yeast cell. The idea of
the candex treatment is to aid the digestion of
the yeast cells and then prevent them from
growing, as they may normally do, by killing
them off through starvation.
The Candex management system is in tablet form and
users are required to take two capsules in the
morning and two in the evening. You should expect
to see some results within the first month however
for best results you should keep taking for up to 3
months. After you have seen the improvements you

Candex is a great holistic treatment for a
yeast infection and many people have seen great
success using the treatment. It is safe and
easy to use and the results can be seen as
quickly as two weeks in, if you are consistent
with the treatment.
We do have one complaint with this product
however and that is - to continue enjoying the
benefits of the program, you would need
to keep taking the treatment for as long
as possible. This means a costly life time
prescription that you will have to continue to
take if you want to stay infection free.
What we suggest you are better off doing is
making the necessary dietary changes instead.
You can still take the medication along side
the changes if you want to help speed up the
treatment but it is essential you address the
root problem. Everyone is different and
everyones requirements will vary, some will
need to make small changes, some larger and
some may need additional supplements such as
flaxseed. You may or may not stick to the
changes you have identified all of the time,
but knowing what you need to do in the case of
